Hough v. City of Philadelphia – Amended Complaint

Today, a team of six attorneys, including Stephen Stewart, filed an amended complaint in the federal civil rights lawsuit Hough v. City of Philadelphia, et al. in which more than 200 plaintiffs have sued the City of Philadelphia, the Mayor of Philadelphia, and the Commissioner of Philadelphia Police Department, among others. The plaintiffs’ cause of action stems from the events of May 31, 2020, in the West Philly neighborhood surrounding 52nd Street and, the following day, June 1, 2020, on i-676.
